General Information
These Terms of Use apply to the Cyber Secure Dashboard portal, the domain `cybersecuredashboard.com`, its subdomains, and related services. The site is managed and supported by Heartland and certain subcontractors, partners, and suppliers.
Use of the site or any of its features, products, or services constitutes agreement to abide by these terms. The site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared.
I. Modification of the Agreement
Heartland may modify these terms by posting updates on this page. Unless stated otherwise, modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after updates are posted signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
II. Products and Services
Cyber Secure Dashboard provides information and mechanisms to support cybersecurity compliance assessment and related operational workflows.
III. Subscription
Annual subscriptions begin on the day of purchase and automatically renew each year on the same date. If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by contacting Heartland Science and Technology Group at (217) 800-4684 or info@cybersecuredashboard.com.
If you choose to let your free trial subscription expire, no charges will be made to your credit card.
IV. Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. However, Heartland Science and Technology Group does not offer refunds on subscription products after a 14-day evaluation period has ended.
V. Payment and Personally Identifiable Information
Heartland Science and Technology Group contracts with online payment service provider Braintree, a PayPal service, to manage all payments and associated card user data on our behalf. We do not access or save any credit card user information — Braintree provides a secure token which is then associated with a Cyber Secure Dashboard user account. To read more about our policy regarding user-generated content or user information provided through the registration process, see our Privacy Policy.

Heartland and its subcontractors, partners, and suppliers disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Heartland does not warrant that access to or operation of the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Users assume full responsibility and risk resulting from the use of files, information, content, or other materials obtained from the site.

VIII. Registrant Account, Password, and Security
Access to full products and services may require registration with current, complete, and accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
